The apartment is on a small hill and offers nice view from a huge terrace. The living room has a traditionally design, nearby is a kitchenette with all you need for a small cooking. The amazing downtown of Sivas it´s about in 3-5 min walking distance.

After three consecutive years in the rooms of Mr. George and Mrs. Maria, I can easily say that they are one of the most homely and serious hoteliers in the area, with attention to detail in all their rooms, service to their customers-guests, and always affordable prices that reflect them. The view, especially from the small newly built rooms, is of mountains and plains which magnetizes and calms you. I wish I could go every year.
